Our mission is to provide sale people with the communication
skills and mindset to make a difference in their ability to go to work every day
and accomplish the sales objectives.
We can help those that are motivated and we have a support team made up of
trained therapists that can help those that want to be good or great and seem to
be stuck where they are. In that situation, it's not about motivating people,
it's about getting into their heads and uncovering what I call "toxic thinking"
that is slowing down or preventing sales growth.

You may be living much less than a powerful, playful, passionate life. You may
be playing a little game when what you want to be playing and should be playing
is a big game and you should be playing it to win. When ethical people play big
games, everyone wins and everyone is better off.
Playing big games and getting big results is so much more exciting that playing
small. The problem that most of us have, as Don Miguel Ruez says in his book,
the Four Agreements, is that like "domesticated" animals, we really have no free
will left. We have been taught to fit in, to be like everyone else. We have been
taught to be like 95% of the population that are playing follow the leader
rather than being the 5% that are the leaders in the world, are the leaders in
your industry that are fulfilling their own vision rather than sitting in front
of the television.
We offer breakthrough training to sales people and entrepreneurs that want to
make things happen. We do it in various ways. If you want to be processed, we
can put you through a process. If you want a more individual approach, we can do
individual and/or team coaching. I promise you this… we won't sugarcoat the
truth. Our job is to help you get from good to great as rapidly and with as
little strain as possible and if that requires you hearing something that you
don't like, you are going to hear it.
You will learn how to listen in a new way so you won't be upset with the truth.
You will learn to deal with the facts without taking the conversation
personally. You talk about having a new-found freedom... you talk about living
an unleashed life. How would you like to be 10 feet tall and bulletproof? That's
one of the early lessons in Stand Up Selling and Communication Skills Training.
If you are going to acquire new skills rapidly, you will have to Stand-Up and
face "what's so". Once you learn there is no "good or bad" about "what's so"...
it no longer has any power over you... there is nothing to fear, there is simply
"what's so" and what are we going to do about it?
